Policies

At Maria G Esthetics, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. These policies help ensure a relaxing experience for every guest while allowing appointments to run smoothly.
 

Appointment Booking

• A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve all appointments.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

• Your appointment is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.

• Your deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.
   

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance may transfer their deposit to a future appointment.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, and no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
   

Late Arrival

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their service to avoid delaying other guests.

• Full service pricing may still apply if there is enough time to complete your appointment.
   

No-Shows

• No-show appointments will forfeit their deposit.

• Multiple no-shows may require payment in full when booking future appointments.
   

Facial Policies

• Please discontinue retinoids, prescription exfoliants, and other strong active ingredients 5-7 days before your facial unless otherwise instructed by your physician.

• Avoid excessive sun exposure before your appointment.

• Please inform us of any allergies, pregnancy, medications, recent cosmetic procedures, or medical conditions that may affect your treatment.
   

Waxing Policies

• Hair should be approximately ¼ inch long (about the length of a grain of rice) for best results.

• Do not use retinoids, prescription exfoliants, or skin-thinning products on the treatment area for 5-7 days prior to waxing.

• Avoid tanning, hot tubs, saunas, and excessive heat for 24 hours after waxing.
   

Brow Lamination Policies

• Keep brows dry for the first 24 hours.

• Avoid makeup, skincare products, excessive sweating, steam, swimming, and saunas on the brow area for 24 hours.

• Brush brows daily and use a conditioning oil to keep hairs healthy.
   

Spray Tan Policies

For the best results:

• Shower, exfoliate, and shave at least 8 hours before your appointment.

• Arrive with clean, dry skin free of lotion, oils, deodorant, perfume, makeup, and sunscreen.

• Wear loose, dark clothing and sandals after your appointment.

• Do not shower or sweat until your recommended rinse time.

• Moisturize daily after your first rinse to extend the life of your tan.
   

Guests & Children

• To maintain a relaxing spa environment, only clients receiving services are permitted in treatment rooms.

• Children should not accompany you unless they are receiving a scheduled service.
   

Refund Policy

• All services, deposits, gift cards, and retail purchases are non-refundable.

• If you have concerns about your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can work toward a solution.
